YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installation, configuration and support of highly complex middleware applications
• Implementation of deployments
• Recording and processing of error messages using helpdesk software tool
• Error analysis and troubleshooting, forwarding of erros to the next support level
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field with experience in the consulting or IT-sector
• Extensive experience in the BPM/EAI environment based on the Software AG webMethods Product Suite or similar solutions (Tibco, Mule, etc.) is a plus
• Profound experience in a service-oriented IT-sector
• Experience in dealing with Incident and Problem Management
• Independent working style and strong communication skills
